My name is Maria Gordon, and I am the founder of Gordon's Occupational Engineering.

The inspiration to establish my own company stemmed from my personal journey as a survivor of MK Ultra-related programs, which exposed me to labor trafficking and the harsh realities of being unjustly blacklisted by cult-like organizations.

In response to the troubling increase in unprofessional conduct and illegal activities, particularly harassment, that have become all too common in many workplaces, I created G.O.E. to advocate for a safer and more equitable work environment.

A recent report from HR Acuity reveals a troubling reality: over half (52%) of employees have either witnessed or experienced harassment at work, with bullying (51%) and sexual harassment (40%) being the most prevalent forms.

This statistic underscores the urgent need to address toxic workplace environments, which can also conceal more insidious abuses, such as various types of human trafficking.

Cultivating a positive workplace culture is essential not only for the well-being of employees but also for the long-term success and sustainability of any organization.

Training & Education

As of January 1, 2020, California mandates that employers in industries such as hospitality, transportation, healthcare, and adult entertainment take action against human trafficking.

Under SB 970, employees in hotels and motels must complete a minimum of 20 minutes of training to identify and assist potential trafficking victims.

While Gordon’s Occupational Engineering training videos are not officially recognized by the state, they provide a deeper insight into the complexities of this issue beyond the basic requirements.

The first video, Human Targets, offers a comprehensive overview of human trafficking, exploring the harsh realities of labor, sex, and child trafficking.

The second video, Vigilantes Must Go, examines the disruptive roles of certain religious and political groups in underground networks that hinder employment opportunities and create hostile work environments.

Additionally, I am eager to present my latest work, Religion In The Workplace, which discusses how religious beliefs can foster discrimination and heighten tensions both in and out of professional settings.

Each video presentation incorporates references to California and federal laws while also exploring the psychological impact on victims of abuse and the associated legal challenges.

The Moral Reset-A Work In Progress

Having faced targeted bullying that forced me to leave school prematurely, I have developed a deep understanding of civil rights and social etiquette, often exceeding that of many peers with advanced degrees from esteemed institutions.

It is crucial to highlight that the founding of GOE is rooted in my personal experiences with bullying.

Alarmingly, several of the individuals who harassed me in school continued their torment in my professional life.

My commitment to reforming the education system stems from my own journey as a victim of human trafficking, shedding light on the insidious ways bullying can manifest and escalate.

As someone who values good manners and integrity, I often find myself among individuals who seem to lack these essential traits, regardless of their academic or professional accomplishments.

I have endured unjust criticism from former peers who adopted a patronizing demeanor, particularly from those who bullied me in school, only to later boast about their educational success.

It is paradoxical that many individuals who consider themselves educated often struggle to translate their knowledge into practical applications, particularly when it comes to recognizing the moments their expertise is truly needed.

This disconnect is starkly illustrated by their involvement in human trafficking, a practice that is not only illegal but also profoundly immoral and inhumane.

 

It is troubling to realize that those who profess to be educated can openly engage in racism, sexism, and various forms of discrimination, failing to recognize these behaviors for what they are.

Such behavior highlights a concerning deficiency in self-awareness and critical thinking, which ultimately undermines the essence of being well-educated and refined.

My initiative is divided into three components designed to inspire significant transformation.

 

I have named this endeavor the Moral Reset.

The introduction video, titled "Autodidacts," serves as a captivating entry point into the subject matter.

The second segment, "Laying the Foundation," aims to empower individuals across California—and potentially beyond—by providing essential guidance and insights. This compelling series explores crucial lessons about behavioral traits and their profound impact on our lives and communities.

Through my extensive research and personal experiences as a survivor of human trafficking, I have discovered a troubling reality: many individuals lack awareness of the laws that govern us and the basic principles of etiquette that foster positive interactions.

My journey has revealed the urgent need for education and awareness in our society, particularly as aggressive behavior often stems from those who claim to be educated.

Initially intended as a proposal for mandatory training in California, my efforts were thwarted by the trafficking network, preventing me from obtaining the necessary support.

I am excited to share the insights from "Laying the Foundation" in my quarterly publication, the Swan Song Manifesto Newsletter.

I urge churches and religious organizations to reflect on these lessons, as it has become evident that many congregants have engaged in behaviors that warrant examination and change.

The concluding section, "Pathways to Excellence," will present a bold vision for a revolutionary K-12 education system.

Furthermore, I will advocate for a significant overhaul of higher education, proposing that traditional college degree programs be condensed to a mere two years, if necessary.

There is a notable disconnect between the curriculum in educational institutions and the realities of everyday life.

Education should extend beyond the pursuit of job opportunities; it ought to lay the groundwork for an enhanced quality of life.

By integrating lessons that resonate with real-world experiences and fundamental values, we can develop a more holistic educational framework that fosters both individual development and career achievement.

 

This widespread approach has the potential to transform society by cultivating responsible and engaged citizens.

Upon finalizing this draft, I will submit it directly to Governor Gavin Newsom of California.

This project demands a significant investment of time and effort, yet my commitment to fostering positive change, inspired by my own transformative experiences, remains steadfast.

Despite encountering various external challenges that led to delays, I am thrilled to announce that I am back on track and poised to make meaningful strides forward.

In 2024, I proudly unveiled The Swan Song Manifesto after discovering a profound truth about my adoption: I was born into a harrowing experiment orchestrated by Josef Mengele which ultimately led to me being a victim of MK Ultra related mind control programming though church wide participation; leading to various forms of abuse including blacklisting, and workplace mobbing.

This shocking revelation not only left me unsettled but also fueled an unyielding determination to ensure I would never face the specter of cloning again; in addition, this solidified my suspicion of how sadly the churches can become corrupt and that some congregations were evil from the very day their doors opened.. 

The term "Swan Song" powerfully embodies the essence of a final performance or achievement—a poignant farewell as one prepares to depart from life or conclude their endeavors. 

It is rooted in the ancient belief that swans sing a breathtaking song just before their passing, despite often remaining silent throughout their lives. 

A manifesto transcends mere documentation; it serves as a bold declaration of individual or collective intentions, motivations, and visions. It articulates core beliefs and objectives, particularly within political contexts, while offering a strategic roadmap for meaningful action and policy. 

As I reflect on the later chapters of my life, I am deeply committed to sharing transformative spiritual insights and my higher purpose through my writing.
